Retell's target is to try to help businesses to do this through
the advice about, and the manufacturing and supply of telephone
recording and monitoring equipment and other closely related
equipment such as business class answering machines.
History of Retell
Retell started to manufacture telephone recording
equipment in 1986 and has grown continuously, changing premises
4 times to cope with the expansion. The initial demand was
from
self employed telephone sales trainers. Over the years
liberalisation of the recording market and the acceptance
of recording as a way to improve customer service through
training has increased demand.
The increasingly litigious soceity in which we now live means
that the recording market will grow significantly as more
and more businesses take steps to protect themselves against
disputes. Retell has a range of products to cover every market
sector and a solution that ensures our customers will benefit
from the knowledge and experience we have gained over the
last 17 years.
